Where We Connect Homeowners with Paver and Hardscape Pros

Pavers, walls and sod work the same way across Collin and Dallas counties, but the rules don't. McKinney wants a permit for every retaining wall. Dallas bans sprinklers from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. all year. Plano and Allen water on assigned days. Learn your city's rules before you plan and you won't be redesigning later. Call (469) 283-6279, press 1 for pavers and hardscaping or 2 for concrete, enter your zip, and we'll connect you with a pro who works in your city. Each city below has its own notes, plus phone numbers for the offices that answer permit and water questions. Town not listed? Call anyway. The zip you enter decides who you're connected with.
