• What this site is. bestlittleyard.net is a referral service. We connect you with independent local contractors. We don't do the work, and we aren't a party to any agreement you make with a contractor.
• Information on this site is general. Rules, prices and permit requirements change, so confirm anything that matters with your city and your contractor.
• Prices quoted by a contractor are between you and them. An estimate isn't a contract until you both sign one.
• No obligation. Calling or sending a request doesn't commit you to hiring anyone.
• Using the site for anything unlawful, or copying it wholesale, isn't permitted.
• Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
